Customer reviews are one of a company's first levers of credibility. Yet most businesses endure them more than they manage them: feedback trickles in, scattered across several platforms (Google, Trustpilot, social networks, internal forms), and is rarely used to strengthen their online presence.
The reviews exist, but they don't work to build the company's credibility. On top of that, teams have neither the time nor the tools to actively collect them day to day.
The stake for MyFrank? Helping companies take back control of their customer reviews: collecting, managing and showcasing them in one place, to turn every customer interaction into visibility.
The real challenge was not building yet another review management tool, but going further. Teams had to be genuinely motivated to collect feedback every day, turning every customer interaction into an opportunity for visibility and growth.
So we had to design a platform that does two things at once: centralise all feedback in one place, whatever its source, and make employees want to collect it. Without that second part, even the best interface remains a tool you open once a month.
On the technical side, that meant a solid architecture to absorb continuous collection, a smooth interface that adds no friction for teams, and well-designed gamification mechanics so engagement doesn't fade after a few weeks.
1.Scoping and product design
The goal was to turn review collection into a habit and make it a simple gesture — turning every employee into a contributor, without asking them for extra effort.
2.Building the SaaS platform
We built the complete web application: centralised customer feedback, a tracking dashboard, request and reminder management, and a dedicated space to showcase the reviews collected. All in an interface designed to be adopted by non-technical teams.
3.Setting up engagement mechanics
MyFrank was designed to gamify review collection. We built an interface that includes internal challenges based on gamification mechanics. Teams are motivated to collect reviews more regularly, while the company gains credibility and visibility. Collection is no longer only in the manager's interest: it becomes a collective reflex that mobilises the whole team.
Weekly sync meetings
Every week, a checkpoint let us validate progress, adjust priorities and prepare the next sprints.
Prototyping in Figma
Before coding, every journey (administrator and employee) was mocked up interactively. MyFrank could test the interface, adjust the UX and validate the gamification mechanics very early on.
Continuous test environments
Throughout development, we gave the client pre-production (staging) environments. As soon as a feature was ready, the client could use it in real conditions and send us feedback so we could iterate quickly.
The client keeps full control at every step and sees their product take shape in real time: no black box, no bad surprises at delivery.
To build an interactive SaaS platform with continuous data collection and real-time gamification mechanics, we selected several technologies:
- Back-endLaravel
- Front-endVue.js
- DatabaseÀ compléter — MyFrank database
À compléter — number of customer reviews collected / showcased
