Tami is an HR solution that runs AI-led voice interviews to assess candidates. It is aimed at demanding recruiters and major brands (Accor, Carrefour, the YOU hotel and others).
Its website had to match that positioning: to show, in seconds, that an AI can run a real interview and deliver a reliable analysis. A hard bet to win with a generic template, where talk takes precedence over proof.
The stake for Tami? Making the site itself the product's first demonstration, convincing enough for brands used to the highest standards.
To build a site worthy of their vision and their product, they were missing a team able to translate a complex technology into an accessible experience.
The real challenge came down to one question: how do you make a digital product tangible?
Proving the value of an AI-led voice interview on a simple web page is anything but obvious. We needed a site that was both high-end and educational, one that demonstrates the product rather than describing it, so visitors grasp at a glance what an AI can really do.
At the same time, we had to reassure on the sensitive topics inherent to recruitment AI: GDPR, the AI Act, freedom from bias. Legitimate objections, each to be answered in the right place and the right order, without breaking the rhythm that leads to the demo.
1.Framing and UX
We conceived the site as a living demonstration rather than a simple showcase. The goal: let visitors understand how the product works without having to try it.
2.Art direction and staging the product
A clean, premium design puts the heart of the product on stage: the interview interface, the soft-skills radar, the assessment report. Every screen becomes visual proof — demonstrating value rather than merely asserting it.
3.Prioritising proof and the conversion journey
The proof points (client logos, quantified cases, compliance commitments) were prioritised to answer objections in the right order and guide visitors naturally towards requesting a demo.
Weekly sync meetings
Every week, a checkpoint let us validate progress, adjust priorities and prepare the next steps.
Figma prototyping
Before coding, every journey was prototyped interactively. Tami could experience it for real, adjust the UX and validate the art direction very early on.
Continuous test environments
As development progressed, we gave the client staging environments. As soon as a section was ready, they could use it in real conditions and send us feedback so we could iterate fast.
The client stays in full control at every step and watches their product take shape in real time: no tunnel, no bad surprise on delivery.
To deliver a premium, fast, animated site able to stage the product smoothly, we picked several technologies:
- Front-endReact 18, TypeScript, Vite, Zustand, React Router, styled-components, socket.io-client
- Back-endJava 21, Spring Boot 3.5 (Web, WebFlux, WebSocket), Spring Security + JWT, OpenAPI; two Python microservices over gRPC (speech detection and end-of-turn detection)
- DatabasePostgreSQL (Spring Data JPA), Redis and Caffeine for caching
- AI and videoOpenAI and Groq (LLMs), Deepgram (transcription), Cartesia (speech synthesis), Daily.co (video)
- Hosting and monitoringDocker Compose, Prometheus / Micrometer, Grafana

À compléter — number of demo requests generated
À compléter — visitor → demo conversion rate
We delivered a site worthy of the brands Tami addresses, translating a complex technology into an inventive, clear and credible experience. A site that does not merely present the product: it proves it, and turns visitors into prospects who ask for their demo.
